The Addicks have missed the cutoff point, 12pm today, to register new signings that would have been available to feature against Fulham, and Lee Bowyer will have to make do with the same squad of players that has been done him well since the start of the season.
The Championship club are currently showing interest in Peterborough United attacking midfielder Marcus Maddison, and have had a bid accepted by the League One club, however contract talks have stalled lately as Charlton look to get the deal over the line.

Maddison isn’t the only player that Charlton have been linked with lately, as Bowyer hopes to add Rangers midfielder Greg Docherty to his squad at The Valley, with the Addicks currently leading the race for him.
Fresh reports also emerged over the weekend that Bowyer is chasing Bristol Rovers duo, striker Jonson Clarke-Harris and central midfielder Ollie Clarke, as he hopes to make improvements to his squad.
Bowyer is hoping for fresh reinforcements to his squad as he aims to pull the Addicks up the table and consolidate their place in mid-table, where they would be safe from relegation.
With the transfer deadline being 10 days away, Bowyer has time on his side and isn’t being rushed into any panic buys at The Valley as he has carefully scouted and considered the players that he is showing a firm interest in.
