Charlton manager Bob Peeters has said that the club will sign a striker before the club travel to Spain for a training camp, reports the South London Press.
Speaking after a 2-0 friendly loss to Welling on Saturday afternoon, Peeters confirmed the arrival of the forward but did not disclose a name.
The Belgian said: “There is another striker coming in who will travel with us. He will instill some quality that is not at this moment on the pitch.
“I can’t mention the name until we sign him. Normally he will arrive today and travel tomorrow.”
Whoever the attacker is, he will be the fourth arrival at The Valley this week following the signings of Andre Bikey, Tal Ben Haim and Johann Berg Gudmundsson.
