Charlton, RC Genk and Metz are all interested in Le Havre midfielder Distel Zola according to media outlet France Football.
The DR Congo midfielder has had an impressive season and as a result has been subject to interest from club’s all over Europe.
He joined the club in 2012 from Nancy on a free transfer and has since made 86 appearances for the club and has scored two goal during his two-year stay at the Ligue 2 club.
Sky Bet Championship club Charlton have just entered the race to sign the midfielder.
However, the other clubs involved in the race for his signature have not made many advancements in negotiations.
RC Genk of Belgium and Metz of France are also rumoured to be interested in the midfielder.
It is expected by many that a move to the Belgian side is on the cards which could hinder Charlton’s ambitions for next season.
