Charlton Athletic striker Tomer Hemed has shared a message via his Instagram account as he continues his recovery from an injury problem.

Hemed has seen his playing time limited since joining Charlton on loan from Brighton over the summer, and he is now working his way back to fitness after not featuring during his side's last three matches.

The 32-year-old is yet to find the net during his five appearances for the Addicks so far, and he currently finds himself on the club's long list of injuries alongside the likes of Lyle Taylor, Jonny Williams and Sam Field.

Charlton have still managed to perform well this season as they currently sit 10th in the table, but Bowyer will want Hemed back fit sooner rather than later in order to provide support for Macauley Bonne in attack.

Hemed has now taken to Instagram to declare his positive mindset as he continues his recovery.

The Verdict

Hemed has failed to really get going at Charlton so far as a result of his injury trouble, and he will now be itching to get back to full fitness in order to prove himself to club's supporters.

The striker has not particularly impressed during his five showings for the club to date, but there will have been a general acceptance that the Israeli has not managed to reach full fitness since sealing his move to London.

Charlton need Hemed back fit as soon as possible with Bowyer currently seeing his squad options limited due to injury, and Hemed's latest message suggests he is determined to work hard towards his comeback.
