Charlton Athletic have had a good window so far and in the final days there is still time to add further if they so wish.

Attacking reinforcements have come in with the likes of Jayden Stockley, Liam Millar and Ronnie Schwartz all joining the club.

There are still a few transfer stories doing the rounds concerning the Addicks, however, so let's take a look at some of the latest rumours...

Bowyer on Paul Smyth future

Quoted by the South London Press, Charlton boss Lee Bowyer has confirmed that it's in QPR's hands as to whether they recall Paul Smyth this month or not.

The wide-man has been on loan at the Addicks since the start of the season but Bowyer revealed that QPR may want to bring him back before the end of the window and there's nothing Charlton can do to stop that from happening.

Bowyer still open to additions

From that Smyth news, Bowyer confirmed he might still look to add to his side in the final days of the window if the chance presents itself.

Speaking after the win over MK Dons in the week, he said via the South London Press:

“We’ve shown that already in this window. Every player that we’ve brought in has improved us. If we can pick up another player to improve our squad then we will try and do so.”

There are a handful of days left in a market that has seen the likes of Ronnie Schwartz and Jayden Stockley arrive.

Bogle to Southend?

Finally, Omar Bogle's future looks set to be away from the club with several strikers now ahead of him in the pecking order.

The Southend Echo has recently written a piece looking at 10 strikers that the Blues could be interested in getting before the end of the transfer window.

In the list, Bogle is named as an attainable target but it remains to be seen if Southend have concrete interest and make a bid for him.
