Championship side Charlton Athletic are weighing up a move for Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry on loan, according to the Metro.
The 20-year-old is part of the academy set up at Arsenal and is rated as one of their most promising talents, with Mesut Özil rating him as one of the best players he’s played with.
He joined West Brom on loan at the start of the season, but failed to impress manager Tony Pulis and only made one appearance off the bench for the Baggies.
He’s now been recalled from his spell at the Premier League side, and could be set to join Championship strugglers Charlton Athletic.
The two clubs have a strong relationship, with Charlton offloading a number of their promising youngsters to the Gunners in recent years, and gaining some decent loanees in return, such as Francis Coquelin last season.
Two second tier sides are interested in him, but Charlton are seemingly nailed on favourites.
