Ipswich Town
‘Charlatan’, ‘Get out’ – These Ipswich fans slam key figure after latest defeat

Ipswich Town fell to a third defeat in five games as they were comfortably beaten 2-0 at home by Portsmouth yesterday.
Paul Lambert’s side could have few complaints about the result, as they were second best for large spells, and deservedly got nothing from the game, whilst they fell to sixth in the table too.
That has increased the anger from the fans towards the Scottish manager, who is under increasing pressure after a tough few years at Portman Road.
There is an anger at the performances, whilst the Tractor Boys have regularly struggled against the better sides in League One.
A defeat to Pompey continued that trend, and even though Lambert acknowledged after the game that his team weren’t up to it, the fans were understandably not pleased.
So, there was a lot of criticism directed towards the former Norwich boss on Twitter and here we look at some of the comments…

Always an excuse. What’s he going to say at the end of the season and we have a full squad of fit players, and we’re 13th? #itfc
