Sheffield United moved back up to third in the Sky Bet Championship as they saw off Reading with relative ease tonight.

The game looked to be heading to a frustrating draw for the Blades, who had seen two goals chalked off for offside and a second half period of domination looking like it was going to end in only the one point.

However, after being introduced as a second half sub, skipper Billy Sharp tucked in a the back post to send the away end into raptures. The goal for Sharp was his 12th of the season and he is leading the way once again for United as they look to cement a top six spot this term.

Sharp has been in fine form ever since Chris Wilder took over the club, smashing in 30 goals in League One, and hitting double figures last term on the club's return to the Championship.

The Blades captain is a big favourite of the United fans, and there was plenty of reaction on Twitter following his latest match winning display.
