Fulham already face a difficult battle to keep hold of academy prospect Ryan Sessegnon, with the 15-year-old wanted by both Arsenal and Liverpool, according to The Mirror.
The midfielder has already received comparisons to Gareth Bale and looks set to to go the very top during his career.
It is believed that Arsenal offered £3 million for the player plus Serge Gnabry on loan during January, but even this was turned down by the Cottagers who seem determined at present to keep hold of their man.
They will have similar struggles in the summer though it seems, as Jurgen Klopp has entered the mix to take the talented teenager to Anfield.
Whether Sessegnon ever actually makes a first-team appearance for Fulham remains to be seen, as the interest only looks to intensify.
Fulham look like they have avoided relegation from the Championship this season, but are in 17th place which will still be disappointing for a side in the Premier League not too long ago.
There is a large rebuilding job that needs to be done at Craven Cottage over the summer if they are to compete at the right end of the table next campaign.
Fulham fans…What do you think? Is £3 million a good deal for such a young player? Or is it vital the club keep hold of their academy prospects? Let us know your thoughts and opinions in the comments below!
