Academy director, Paul Hart has departed Leeds United less than three months after taking over the role, according to The Yorkshire Post.
Hart returned to his old role back in December 2015 and was in charge of managing and developing the young talent coming through the academy system.
It is thought that the coach was the reason that the likes of Lewis Cook and Alex Mowatt have burst into the first team squad at Elland Road.
Also, it is reported that Hart was unhappy of being placed on a contract with a minuscule pay of just £20,000 a year.
The academy director is set to take charge of the Leeds development squad for the final game against Bolton Wanderers tonight.
Leeds will begin their search for a new head of youth development coach and have only insisted that Hart has decided to leave the club due to personal reasons and illness to his family.
The Yorkshire side currently sit in 13th spot in the Sky Bet Championship table, having accumulated 47 points from 37 league games this season.
