Both Ipswich Town and Bolton Wanderers want to sign Manchester City winger Bersant Celina on loan, according to Sky Sports News HQ.

Sky sources understand that Manchester City have held initial negotiations with both Ipswich Town and Bolton Wanderers over a possible season long loan deal.

Bersant Celina spent the entirety of last season at FC Twente, helping his side to a 7th place finish in the Dutch top division.

The 20-year-old bagged five goals and five assists in 27 appearances in the Eredivisie last term.

Manchester City, with plenty of top quality options such as Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane in the wide positions, are likely to let their starlet out on another loan.

This time, the Kosovo international - who has six appearances and one goal for his country - could be about to head to the Championship on loan.

Newly promoted Bolton Wanderers are interested in bolstering their options to mount a survival bid next season.

Ipswich Town are also interested in Bersant Celina as they aim for a better season than their underwhelming campaign in 2016/17.

Celina, who has a contract with Manchester City until 2020, has made four senior appearances for the Citizens with three coming in the FA Cup and one substitute appearance in the Premier League.

The talented winger is likely to head out on loan to either Bolton or Ipswich next year as discussions continue.
