Brighton and Hove Albion defender Ben Hall is currently on loan at Notts County after completing a deadline day switch to the League Two high-fliers.

Hall is getting first team exposure under Kevin Nolan, having made three league appearances for his new club, and it has not taken him long to catch the eye of clubs higher up the league ladder.

According to HITC, teams from the Championship and League One have their eye on a summer transfer swoop for Hall with his contract with the Premier League club set to expire at the end of the season.

His first exposure to senior first team league action has seen him waste no time in attracting admiring glances from a host of clubs and there will be no shortage of suitors in the summer if he does not extend his stay at the Amex Stadium.

The Verdict

A lot will depend on whether or not Brighton stay in the Premier League.

Relegation for the Seagulls would probably see more first team opportunities open up for youngsters like Hall but a second season in the Premier League might see him decide to move on and join a club where he will play regularly.

The speed at which he has caught the eye indicates the talent of the defender and he looks one to watch.
