A whole host of Sky Bet Championship clubs are said to be interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Alex Pritchard this summer, with it seemingly certain that the player will depart White Hart Lane.
According to Sky Sports, the 23-year-old is available for transfer this summer and bids in the region of £8 million will be entertained by Spurs.
Any Championship club that does want to take the central midfielder will face competition from the Premier League, with two clubs in particular keen to make moves for the highly-rated youngster.
During the 2014/15 campaign Pritchard showed exactly how good he can be in the second tier after impressing during Brentford’s campaign, helping them to the play-offs in the process.
A move to Burnley, then of the Championship, was set to happen in January although Premier League club West Bromwich Albion beat them to his signature at the last moment.
The Baggies move was not a successful one however and in six months with the Premier League outfit he played just twice for Tony Pulis’ side.
Championship fans, would you welcome Pritchard at your club? What will he bring to any team that he signs for? Let us know below!
