Shrewsbury Town goalkeeper Jayson Leutwiler is sign a new deal with the club, despite interest from several Championship clubs, reports the Shropshire Star.
The 27 year-old is one of three ‘keepers at the Shropshire side to be offered new contracts, with Mark Halstead and Callum Burton also being offered new terms.
Talks have been on and off for the last 12 months as Leutwiler is out-of-contract this summer, and earlier reports Sky Bet Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers were favourites to land the former Switzerland Under-20 international.
Jayson Leutwiler has made 90 appearances for The Shrews since signing from Middlesbrough in the summer of 2014, after being released by the North-east club.
Shrewsbury Town have already made six signings so far this summer with the arrivals of; Port Vale trio Ryan McGivern, Louis Dodds and AJ Leitch-Smith, Antonio Sarcevic, Olly Lancashire and Gary Deegan.
The club released eight players last month including Elliot Grandin, Jermaine Grandison and Scott Vernon.
