Charlton Athletic are asking for a grand total of £9 million for wonderkid Joe Gomez, according the Daily Mail.
The Addicks want an initial fee of £7 million from the buyer, as well as around £2m worth of add ons.
The 18-year-old is a target for various Premier League clubs, with Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool all vying for the youngster.
Arsenal appear to be leading the race, and have a good relationship with the Charlton after signing Carl Jenkinson from them and loaning out Francis Coquelin last year.
City and Liverpool remain in the chase, although German club Borussia Dortmund are also monitoring the England Under-19 international, but Gomez is understood to be keen on staying in England.
The 2014/2015 season was his maiden year in Charlton colours, and he was commended for his excellent defensive ability and experience beyond his years in the centre-back role.
