Championship club ready to stand strong over lethal West Ham target

Brentford are ready to slap a hefty £15m price tag on forward Scott Hogan as interest in the lethal marksman mounts, according to the Daily Mirror.
Having already notched 13 goals this term, the 24-year-old is one of the most fearsome strikers in the second tier and is understood to have attracted interest from the two top tiers of English football.
The likes of West Ham United and West Bromwich Albion are believed to be casting keen eyes over his exploits for the Bees as they look to bolster their frontlines in the January sales.
Meanwhile, Reading and Norwich City are said to be two league rivals eyeing up a move, though could be put off by such a huge price tag.
Despite the fact he has just 18 months left on his deal at the club, those at Griffin Park are reportedly ready to stand strong and demand top dollar for the former Rochdale man.
