Wigan have joined Nottingham Forest and West Brom in the race to sign Leicester midfielder, Andy King before the transfer window closes, according to The Mirror.

Swansea are also said to be interested in signing the Welshman who has been unlucky not to have made a Premier League start for Claude Puel's side this season.

King has been limited to just one substitute appearance in the FA Cup this season and is deemed surplus to requirements in the Leicester squad.

So it's clear to see that his future isn't with the Foxes and he should be considering the offers he has carefully, as it could make or break his career.

King played his part in the famous title-winning season in 2015/2016 and made 25 appearances in total as he picked up his first ever Premier League winners medal.

But he has been frozen out of the squad on his return to the squad from injury and is likely to be eyeing a move away from the King Power Stadium in the near future.

King evidently isn't short of options, but with just four days remaining until the transfer window closes, the midfielder might need to force through a move sooner rather than later.

The Verdict:

He's too good for Wigan surely?

King has the ability to be playing regularly for a top end Championship club, and must surely be taking Nottingham Forest's and West Brom's interest more seriously.

He'll be keen to have his future resolved soon though, with the transfer window edging closer to it's close.
