Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic has effusively praised Ryan Sessegnon amid rumours linking him with a move to a top club, reports Get West London.
Ryan Sessegnon has burst onto the scene this season and surprised everyone with his instant success.
Able to play at left back or as a left winger, the 16-year-old became the youngest ever Championship goal scorer and was the first player born in this millennium to score in the Football League.
The teenage prodigy’s meteoric rise has not gone unnoticed though; he is subject to interest from a number of the Premier League big boys and Spanish La Liga giants Sevilla.
Various reports have linked Manchester City, Liverpool, Everton and Tottenham Hotspur with the Fulham starlet, who might shun that interest to sign a professional deal with the Cottagers.
Speaking after Sessegnon’s inclusion in the PFA Team of the Year, his manager Slavisa Jokanovic has hailed the England under-19 international as one of the top young talents in England.
“Ryan Sessegnon, we are talking about him and he is one of the most talented young players in the country and he impressed many, many people in the games he played this season.”
