Loads of Oxford United fans have reacted the news that they have secure the signing of midfielder Liam Kelly on loan from Feyenoord for the rest of the season.

Kelly originally made the move to The Netherlands from Reading in the summer transfer window but has so far failed to make an impact for his new side, making just one appearance in the Eredivisie.

Prior to the move the 24-year-old had bagged nine goals in 94 appearances for the Royals, laying on nine assists in that time as well, but opted to grasp his move to the Dutch giants when it came about at the end of his contract.

But he is now back in England and aiming to help Oxford United reach the second tier of English football.

As things stand, they currently sit in fourth place but with a game in hand on Wycombe and Rotherham who currently sit in the automatic promotion spots.

And it is safe to say that this latest deal has only increased optimism at the Kassam...
