Ipswich Town will be looking to kick off their League One campaign with back-to-back wins when they face last season's play-off finalists Sunderland on the weekend.

The Tractor Boys saw off Burton Albion with a 1-0 victory in their first match in the third tier, and manager Paul Lambert will be hoping for a similar result against the Black Cats at Portman Road on Saturday.

Summer signing Luke Garbutt scored the winning goal after 11 minutes in the season opener, but the Everton loanee has been one of a limited number of players to join the Portman Road outfit this summer.

This means there will be no new players at Lambert's disposal when he selects his side for the Sunderland clash, as Ipswich had a quiet week of transfer business with the League One window set to close in September.

With this in mind, here's how we expect the Tractor Boys to line up on Saturday afternoon...

I think the team largely picks itself after last week's success, with summer signing Tomas Holy surely starting in between the sticks after an accomplished debut which saw him keep a clean sheet.

In front of him, the defence is likely to be the one area which leaves Lambert with a dilemma as captain Luke Chambers is now available following his suspension for the first match of the season. I can see Lambert opting to include Chambers in the side at the expense of James Wilson, who only made his debut for the club last weekend. Chambers is too crucial to the side to be left out, particularly seeing as he has had a full pre-season and will be fully prepared to contribute against Sunderland. The back four should remain unchanged other than this.

As for the midfield, Lambert may be tempted to hand a start to Alan Judge following his impressive contribution from the bench against Burton, but I think the boss will ultimately stick with the same midfield. Garbutt will keep his place in the side after finding the net on his debut, while Danny Rowe should keep his place on the opposite flank. This decision will be made easier by the fact Gwion Edwards is not yet available for selection, as he is still on the injury table. Meanwhile, Cole Skuse and Flynn Downes should keep their place in the centre of midfield after running a tight ship against Burton.

I can see Ipswich's front two causing some real damage to Sunderland this weekend, and particularly James Norwood who is set for his first competitive appearance at Portman Road following his switch from Tranmere. I fully expect him to be up for the challenge against Sunderland, and he should be accompanied by Kayden Jackson who also led the line of the opening day.
