Cardiff City midfielder Kadeem Harris has praised Neil Warnock after the Bluebirds’ dramatic victory against Derby County on Tuesday night, reports BBC Sport.
Harris believes that his good form has been as a result of the faith that Warnock has shown in him.
The 23-year-old struck twice in Cardiff’s 4-3 win away at Derby County in midweek after they had been trailing by two goals to nil.
This victory lifted Cardiff into the top half of the league.
Speaking about Warnock, Harris said:
“I think he’s the first manager that’s come to the club that’s actually shown real belief in me.
“Even if I don’t have the best of games he’ll pull me aside and sometimes I might even start the next one and I don’t think I’ve had that before.
“I’m just thankful now that I could repay him in this game.
“With him showing that belief in me, it’s given me a lot of confidence.”
