Attacker Jarrod Bowen has joined Premier League West Ham United on a permanent deal from Hull City, the Championship side have confirmed.

Bowen has been a key figure for the Tigers throughout his time for the club, going on to score a total of 54 goals in 131 appearances in all competitions for the club since making his Hull debut in 2016.

The 23-year-old now looks set to spend the foreseeable future with the Hammers, after putting pen to paper on a five-and-a-half-year deal which is set to keep him at the London Stadium until the end of the 2024/25 season.

Although the fee paid by West Ham for Bowen is officially undisclosed, it has been reported that the Premier League side will pay Hull a total of £22million for the services of the attacker, including add-ons.

Taking to Twitter to react to news of Bowen's departure, a number of Hull fans were understandably disappointed to see their talisman go, although many were keen to give the attacker their support for the rest of his career.
