Leeds United play the Myanmar National League All Stars in their first game of the tour today.

The Championship season has ended and most players are either staring their summer holidays or preparing for the World Cup in June.

However, Leeds United still have two games left after the board decided to agree to a post-season tour of Myanmar.

It's a strange time to have a tour because they are usually done in pre-season when clubs honour sponsorship agreements and commitments they have made.

This particular tour is also proving controversial due to political and social issues in the country, which the government is heavily involved in.

Leeds play two games on this tour with the other match against the Myanmar national team before they head back to England.

Paul Heckingbottom is using the tour to give minutes to players who are on the periphery of the squad or youngsters ahead of the summer break.
