Scott Hogan and Lukas Jutkiewicz are fast becoming one of the most complete striking partnerships in the Championship at present, with both players possessing skills sets which compliment each other brilliantly.

The players linked up brilliantly in Birmingham's last game as they linked up regularly to both net against Sheffield Wednesday during a topsy turvy game which finished 3-3 after a full throttle 90 minutes at St Andrew's.

Both players have 17 goals between them this term for the Blues, with the addition of Hogan in January having seemingly taken Jutkiewicz's performances to an all new level in the second half of the campaign.

QUIZ: Are these 15 Birmingham City facts true or false? See if you can get full marks down below!

Given the duo's form in front of goal of late, we felt now was a good time for Football League World Journalist Chris Thorpe to ask members of the Birmingham City Fan Zone on Facebook if they would swap Messrs Hogan and Jutkiewicz for an in-form pairing of former Blues pair Obafemi Martins and Nikola Žigić.

Naturally the question yielded many responses from the Birmingham faithful via social media earlier today.

Tom Hill: Nope.

Emma Lou George: No.

Rhys Homer: Can't believe people are saying no. Martins and Zigic in their prime were brilliant, of course you'd pick them, jesus christ!

Emma Bluenose Love: No never.

Alan Holden: No chance.

Ken Johnson: Martins scored one important goal that will live with us forever.  Zigic was underrated but Hogan and Jukiewicz are the better pairing.

Carl Evans: No Zigic and Martins were too old.

Paul Ward: No behave geezer.
