Blackburn Rovers suffered another bad night on Tuesday, as they were beaten 1-0 by struggling Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough.

Having started the game the brighter of the two sides, Rovers had failed to take the chances they created and then fell behind to Josh Windass' deflected strike shortly before half time.

Rather than go close to getting back in the game, Blackburn would generally look more likely to fall behind in the course of the ninety minutes, with goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski to thank for his side not falling further behind.

But with Rovers unable to find an equaliser, the Lancashire club were left to reflect on a 15th defeat by a single goal this season.

That result also means that the club are now guaranteed to finish with their lowest points tally in three seasons since their return to the Championship, following a run of just two wins in their last 17 games, a staggering outcome considering the squad they have assembled this season.

Perhaps not surprisingly therefore, plenty of Blackburn fans were keen to express their frustration at manager Tony Mowbray as they took to Twitter to give their thoughts on the game.

Here, we take a look at what some of those supporters had to say about the Rovers boss, following that latest defeat.
