Aro Muric is currently facing an uncertain future at Nottingham Forest, after enduring a turbulent spell at the City Ground since his loan move from Manchester City in the summer.

The 21-year-old arrived on Trentside with big things expected of him, after making five first-team appearances for Pep Guardiola's side in the Carabao Cup last term.

But after making a handful of errors in the early stages of the campaign, the Kosovo international has lost his place in the first-team to Brice Samba.

Samba has established himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the division thus far this season, producing a series of solid performances for the East Midlands side since joining from Caen in August.

Unless he picks up an injury, it is likely that Samba will start every game for the Reds this term, whilst Muric hes been left to rot on the bench.

City can't be happy with Muric's lack of game-time at the City Ground, and it remains to be seen whether they choose to recall him in January.
