Derby County moved up to fourth in the Championship table with a solid victory away at Wigan yesterday, courtesy of Jack Marriott's first half strike.

Their cause was helped by an early red card for Wigan's Kai Naismith, a valid dismissal after he hauled down Harry Wilson in the 15th minute. That set the complexion of the game and moments later former Peterborough striker Marriott helped himself to another goal to separate the two sides.

The assist was provided by 18-year old Jayden Bogle, a player who turned in a mature performance for the Rams, acting as a constant thorn in the side of the Wigan back line.

The former Swindon Town youngster has broken through under the watchful eye of Frank Lampard and started his 16th Championship game against the Latics.

He's yet to score, but his overall performance earned rave reviews from fans who were at the game, with one suggesting he turned in a Man of the match performance.

Here's some of their reaction from Twitter.
