Wolves are now onto their second manager of the season but even so, their fortunes haven't turned out as the Wolves faithful would've hoped.

Paul Lambert is now in charge at Molineux after he took over from Walter Zenga, but results have far from picked up and Wolves are still loitering dangerously close to the drop zone.

Results should pick up for Wolves as Lambert begins to put his own stamp on the squad in January but in the mean time, they need to keep themselves out the bottom three.

Lambert's squad is mainly made up of Walter Zenga's players so he has had to adapt his playing style in accordance with what he has at his disposal.

In January, Lambert will definitely be bringing players in, that he wants, but he will also be looking to ship out a few of the players that aren't in his plans, so he can reinvest the money elsewhere.

Here are TWO Wolves players Lambert must axe in the next few weeks.....

Jed Wallace

Since Wallace's arrival at Molineux in 2015, the winger has failed to impress enough to secure himself a first team spot.

The former Portsmouth winger has been linked with a move to Millwall and it would come as no surprise if Lambert allowed him to move on.

Wolves are blessed with some very good players in the wide areas and Wallace is one of the weaker ones, so he is finding game time hard to come by.

Helder Costa and Ivan Cavaleiro are doing a great job on the wings for Wolves and Wallace has found it very tough to compete with them.

Paul Gladon

Gladon only signed for Wolves in the summer from Heracles Almelo, but his short stay in England could well come to an end in January.

The Dutch forward has made just a solitary appearance for Wolves this season and failed to impress Lambert.

Lambert recently commented on Gladon, saying he's "not up to speed" and that he hasn't done enough to force his way into the Wolves squad, so a departure is beginning to look ominous for Gladon.
