Despite falling at the final hurdle and suffering relegation from England’s top flight, Darren Moore will be looking to continue into this coming season as he ended the last.

West Brom are already being tipped as possible title contenders going into this season's Championship campaign, as recently relegated sides commonly are, and will be looking to add to their squad to try and bounce straight back to the Premier League.

Having already secured the signings of Kyle Bartley and Sam Johnstone, it shows the intent of the Baggies to be taken seriously at this level, and perhaps only spend one season in the Championship.

Not being afraid to splash the cash already suggests that there will certainly be more new faces arriving at the Hawthorns in the coming weeks, which will be welcomed with open arms by the West Brom faithful.

Here is a look at the players West Brom should be looking to add to their squad this summer.

Despite the purchase of Sam Johnstone, the sale of Ben Foster to Watford and the release of second choice keeper Boaz Myhill, is likely to mean another goalkeeper is inbound, to help Johnstone develop and give him challenge for his place.

Whole Gomes may be there just for one season, and is likely to just be used a cup goalie, the experience and guidance that the veteran shot stopper could bring to not only Johnstone, but the team as a whole, could be priceless.

Having been linked with moves to Scottish side Rangers and fellow Championship side Derby County, Liverpool’s Harry Wilson is certainly a sort after player.

The young Welshman has huge potential, and while it may only be a loan move, the arrival of a player of his calibre at the Hawthorns could make a big difference going into the new season.

The 21-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Hull City, would gain valuable experience at a high level, which would suit both West Brom and parent club Liverpool.

While West Brom still have Rondon in their ranks, nobody would be surprised to see a Premier League side come in for the Venezuelan forward, leaving their striker position open.

Britt Assombalonga played a partial role in Middlesbrough’s play-off reaching campaign last season, but with the likes of Patrick Bamford and Rudy Gestede to compete with, is likely to play second fiddle once again.

His explosive power is similar to that of Rondon, making the playing style for those around him easy to get used to, making him an ideal candidate for a summer transfer.
