The future of Norwich City winger Matt Jarvis looks uncertain.

Due to injuries and being out of favour, Matt Jarvis did not play a single senior game for the Canaries last year and was limited to just one competitive outing - in the Checkatrade Trophy for Norwich's under-23 side.

There have also been radical changes behind the scenes at Norwich recently.

After sacking Alex Neil, Norwich City decided to have an internal restructuring which saw them bring in Stuart Webber from Huddersfield Town in a new role as Sporting Director.

Webber has been busy already, releasing seven senior players and putting others such as Steven Naismith and Jonny Howson up for sale.

The East Anglian outfit have also brought in Daniel Farke as the new Head Coach.

Farke wants to put his own personal stamp on his squad and he is likely to let Yanic Wildschut and Matt Jarvis go.

Matt Jarvis needs to leave and reignite his stalling career elsewhere with regular game time.

This is something that Burton Albion could offer him.

The Brewers survived in the Championship last year and will be looking to kick on next term by adding some top players.

They only have a small budget and a player like Matt Jarvis could be in their price range with Norwich actively looking to sell.

The 31-year-old is a pacey winger who is able to put in a decent delivery and his Premier League experience would stand him in good stead to become a star player at Burton Albion.
