Burnley want to sign two former targets following promotion to the top flight

Burnley were promoted back into the Premier League on Monday following a 1-0 win over Queens Park Rangers, with their attentions immediately turning towards new signings for next season.

The Sun have reported that Nottingham Forest midfielder Henri Lansbury and Tottenham Hotspur youngster Alex Pritchard, are both firmly on the Clarets’ radar with summer moves looking on the horizon.

Lansbury is a long-term target of Sean Dyche and the ex-Arsenal man was the subject of a £4 million bid last summer, which was rejected by Forest when the player opted to stay at the City Ground.

Pritchard also nearly signed for the Clarets back during the January transfer window, although the lure of Premier League football was too much when West Bromwich Albion nipped in, agreeing to take the player on loan for six months.

Both players are likely to be keener on a move to Burnley now they are a Premier League club once more, with Lansbury in particular never hiding the fact that he is keen to play in the top flight.

Pritchard has not had a great time of things at the Hawthorns and has played just three times since Tony Pulis signed him for the West Midlands-based outfit.

Nottingham Forest fans, would you be sad to see Henri Lansbury leave the club? Burnley fans, would you welcome the former Arsenal and Tottenham players to Turf Moor? Let us know below!
