The 26-year-old centre-back has caught the attention of a number of Premier League sides after an impressive season at Elland Road.

Pearce came second in the Fans Player of the Year award, losing out to striker Ross McCormack.

Pearce has been at Leeds United since 2012 after moving from Portsmouth, and he has accumulated 72 appearances during his time at the club.

The 6ft 1 defender spent a spell at AFC Bournemouth from 2007 to 2011 where he amassed 162 appearances for the Cherries.

Both Sean Dyche and Tony Pulis are keen to add to their squads before the start of the new season, and are targeting Pearce as an adequate addition to their sides.
