While the suspension on all league fixtures in the UK continues to be in place, players up and down the country have to find new ways to keep themselves occupied.

The EFL announced last Friday alongside the Premier League and WSL that all fixtures until April 3 at the earliest would be postponed due to the current outbreak. That also applies to youth and academy team fixtures.

As a result, many teams have not been able to resume first-team training, with clubs telling their players to stay away to limit the chances of infection.

The players are instead being told to maintain their fitness in other ways at home.

With games being postponed until the start of next month at least, other players will also trying to keep themselves entertained, as Pereira is doing above.

With social distancing currently being recommended for all members of the public, it will be difficult for many players up and down the leagues to maintain their fitness.

For now, we have to wait and see what decision gets taken when the end of the suspension period draws closer.
