Bristol City have enjoyed a solid start to the new Championship season, and Lee Johnson’s men sit in mid table following the fourth round of fixtures.

The Robins got their year off to the perfect start by beating Barnsley at Ashton Gate, but are yet to pick up a second league win since their opening day success.

One man to stand out for the club this year however is Bobby Reid, with the 24-year-old being deployed in a more advanced role by Johnson this year.

The player leads the Championship goalscoring charts with four strikes, and fans are excited by the prospect of the academy graduate.

However, good form attracts interest, and Everton are reportedly lining up a bid for the player.

The Toffees are flooded with money following investment from new owner Farhad Moshiri, and a big money offer could be imminent.

Reid has always been consistent for the Robins, but has never shown the form he has exhibited this year.

This good spell could come to an end very quickly, and if a multi-million pound offer comes in for the player, Johnson should certainly consider letting Reid go.

11 goals in 91 appearances is not the most prolific of returns, and surely a £5 million bid would have to be accepted.

Reid has played well, and would surely wish to join the revolution underway at Goodison Park if an offer were to come in.

Depending on the fee, this move could work out well for all involved.

Would you consider a bid for Reid, Robins fans?
