According to the Scottish Sun, Bristol City are looking into signing Hibernian goalkeeper Cammy Bell in the summer window.

The men from Ashton Gate remain in the play-off hunt this season despite 2018 proving a difficult year for them form-wise.

Certainly, their 2017 form has been what's kept them in contention for the top six up until now but with them winning last time out against Birmingham City they'll be looking to finish with a flourish.

That said, though, regardless of what happens in the final few games the men from Ashton Gate will be looking to strengthen in the summer and it appears Bell could be a part of that.

He has impressed recently for Scottish side Hibernian and it's been reported that League One side Oldham are also taking a look at him.

If the Robins want him, then, it looks as though they'll have company.

The Verdict

Bell would be an experienced arrival and might be keen to move to England and show what he can do in the Championship.

With other sides apparently keen, though, they're going to potentially have to fight for him whilst it's also possible a rethink would happen if the Robins go up.
