Bristol City are considering a move for AFC Bournemouth goalkeeper Lee Camp, reports the Western Daily Press.
The 30-year-old has a year left on his current deal with the Cherries but has become third-choice stopper at the Goldsands Stadium following the signing of Artur Boruc from Southampton and Adam Federici from Reading.
The Northern Ireland international has been made available for transfer which has alerted Robins boss Steve Cotterill, who is looking for a goalkeeper to challenge first-choice Frank Fielding.
Cotterill knows Camp well having worked with him when in charge of Nottingham Forest.
The goalkeeper started last season as No.1 at Bournemouth but was dropped in favour for Boruc, who joined on loan from Southampton in September, and featured just five times since.
Camp started his career at Derby County and had spells at QPR, Norwich City and West Bromwich Albion.
He featured for the England Under-21s but switched his allegiance to Northern Ireland and has gone on to make 11 appearances for them.
