Whilst the obvious focus at Elland Road is on Leeds United’s pursuit of the Premier League, the club’s under-23s are on the verge of something impressive tonight.  

Leeds have an impressive pool of talent working away at Thorp Arch, with the under-23s knowing that victory tonight over Colchester United will secure them the PDL-North title following Burnley’s slip up earlier in the day.

Over the course of the season we’ve seen a number of Leeds’ first-team in starting XI for Carlos Corberan’s side, but tonight there is a number of the club’s youngsters involved, with first-team matters on the horizon.

Corberan has been able to call on Izzy Brown and Jamie Shackleton, though, with team news confirming both are involved in the midfield.

In addition to that, Jack Clarke is on the bench, as the winger steps up his return to action following illness.
