West Brom have confirmed the signing of Kenneth Zohore, and it is a signing which has mostly pleased Baggies fans.

However, there are some questioning the move having been less than impressed by his goalscoring record of late.

In the past two seasons he has scored just 10 goals and has never been prolific since his move to Cardiff in 2015.

West Brom are in need of goals. Jay Rodriguez and Dwight Gayle - who contributed a combined 45 league goals last season - are no longer at the club and as a result some Baggies fans are concerned that the team will not be as good in attack this season.

However, Zohore is a player in a similar mould to Salomon Rondon. His best attributes are his power and hold-up play, and he also chips in with a few goals each season but it is his work with team-mates which most deserves plaudits.

There is also a mixed response from Cardiff fans. Some are happy to see him depart whilst others believe he is unplayable on his day, which suggests it is a transfer which could go either way.

West Brom fans meanwhile have taken to Twitter to respond to the reported £8m deal, and this is what some of them have to say.
