West Bromwich Albion have had a star-studded season so far, and sit in second place with just nine games left of the Championship campaign.

The Baggies have been excellent throughout, and have a number of attacking players that have made them a real threat in every match they've played this season.

Loan signings have helped their cause, and the introduction of Matheus Pereira, Filip Krovinovic and Grady Diangana has given them enough options in midfield to create consistent chances.

One man who hasn't played as much as he'd have liked in the last few months is winger Matt Phillips. He's been on the bench in recent weeks, although throughout the season has still played his fair share and contributed to the Baggies' promotion charge.

If they are to be promoted then it will be interesting to see if Slaven Bilic feels it is necessary to search for an upgrade on the 28-year-old winger.

Football League World asked Facebook group, The Real West Brom Fanzone, whether Phillips is still good enough to do a job in the top division.

Here are some of the replies...

John Meddings: Confidence player, no denying when he’s firing he can do a job, still puts a dangerous ball in just has spells where he lacks the confidence to run at defenders.

Benn Thomas May: Yes, more suited to the Prem, less games and more time on the ball.

Christopher Short: Maybe in 2-3 games per season but not consistently.

Ben Anwyl: He was part of the squad that got us up so he should still get a squad place until someone comes along who proves better.

Sean Davies: Squad player.

Lee Shuttleworth: I genuinely question his ability to do a consistent job for us in the Championship!

Charlie Woodruffe: Yes, brilliant player! Has one or two "meh" games and people forget everything that came before.
