Derby County are marking one year of Gary Rowett being in charge today as they remain in contention for the play-off places in the Championship.

The Rams have had a decent campaign this year but in recent weeks they have embarked on a fairly dull run and have lost a lot of ground on the automatic spots.

They are still in with a good shout of the top six, though, and so that will be the main aim between this point in time and the rest of the campaign.

Certainly, if they can get promoted Rowett will have achieved something that a lot of managers haven't managed to do in recent years for the club and it'd be no surprise to see him remain for a while yet if that happens.
