Speaking to the Argus, Chris Hughton has confirmed that Brighton and Hove Albion will send Richie Towell and Rohan Ince out on-loan next season, with the Sky Bet Championship their likely destination.

Brighton are embarking on their debut Premier League campaign, and Hughton is looking to mould his squad ahead of the new season, with hope he can establish the Seagulls in the top-flight.

Towell has made just five senior appearances for Brighton since his arrival at the Amex Stadium, but has not started a league fixture for Hughton’s side in that time.

Ince played a significant role for Brighton between 2013 and 2015, featuring regularly in the first-team. However, since then the 24-year old has found himself away from the club on-loan.

The midfielder spent the second-half of the 2016/17 campaign on-loan with Swindon Town, where he scored two goals in his 14 appearances, but could not prevent the club suffering relegation from League One.

Speaking on the duo, Hughton said: “Players like Rohan and Richie will go out on loan.

“We have been really delighted with Richie but we are very keen for him to get out on loan to the Championship next season.”
