Queens Park Rangers have agreed a loan deal with Championship high-flyers Brighton & Hove Albion for Kazenga LuaLua, which will see him play for Ian Holloway's side for the remainder of the season, according to West London Sport.

The 26-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at the Seagulls this campaign and is on the look-out for first-team football this month away from the Amex Stadium, with the winger set to undergo a medical on Tuesday.

LuaLua has been restricted just two league appearances this season - the most recent coming against Newcastle United back in August.

The ex-Magpies forward made the permanent switch to Brighton 2011 after a number of successful loan spells at the club.

Since then, Kazanga LuaLua has racked up 111 appearances on the south coast and was an influential member of Chris Hughton's squad which made it to the play-off semi-finals last campaign.

QPR boss Ian Holloway is looking for reinforcements this month and is keen to bring LuaLua to Loftus Road to offer game time on the pitch.
