Gray, finished this past season as the top goalscorer in the Skrill Premier League and in doing so helped fire Luton back into the Football League after a six-year absence from the league pyramid.
Gray joined Luton from Hinckley Town in March 2012, originally on loan but it was later made permanent. Since joining he has made 97 league appearances and has scored 52 goals.
His prolific form has earned him various international call-ups and he has featured six times for the England C squad.
Brentford manager Mark Warburton told reporters, “We are always looking to add value to the playing squad with individuals who can make significant contributions both on and off the pitch and who have excellent development potential.
“Andre is a player we have tracked and who has just completed an outstanding season in helping Luton achieve promotion and a return to the Football league.
“Andre has tremendous pace, good movement and a clear eye for goal. We are delighted to have secured him for the start of pre-season.
“As a football department we look forward to welcoming Andre on board and have no doubts he will make a very positive impact at Championship level.”
