The midfielder who joined the Bee’s from Blackburn at the start of the season for an undisclosed fee has made 30 league appearances this season.

The versatile midfielder started the season in defensive midfield alongside the experienced Jonathan Douglas.

The former U21 Republic of Ireland man told representatives from the club: “They are big games coming up and we are definitely at the business end of the season, There is pressure and nerves but I like playing under pressure so it’s a great feeling.”

Judge spoke about the importance of the international break saying: “It had been a heavy schedule with the lads playing Saturday, Tuesday for two weeks and then only had a week’s recovery before doing it again.

“By the looks of it everyone enjoyed the break. The international breaks have worked well for us this season and hopefully it works well for us again on Friday.”

Brentford travel to Craven Cottage on Friday in a London derby with surprise relegation contenders Fulham who were relegated from the Premier League last season.

It has been announced that Brentford have sold 6,000 away tickets which Judge see’s as important in adding to the occasion: “I am looking forward to it and we are taking over 6,000 fans so it will be a good atmosphere. That shows how much the fans love the club and how much they care.”

Brentford currently sit seventh in the Sky Bet Championship and are a single point off of sixth placed Ipswich Town with seven games remaining in the season.
