Brentford winger Sergi Canos has delivered yet another update on his recovery from a nasty injury that has forced him to miss the majority of this season.

In the update it appears that the Spaniard is using cameras to analyse how he is training, looking at where he is exerting the most pressure.
Prior to the knock, Canos was an ever present in the Bees’ starting XI, notching three assists in 11 matches before suffering the knock.
However, Thomas Frank and his side have not exactly suffered without him. In his absence, summer-signing Bryan Mbeumo has stepped up impressively, scoring 11 goals and assisting five more in 26 games.
It must emcouraging to Brentford fans to see Canos taking his recovery so seriously.
The sooner he is back fighting fit for the Bees the better. They are in with a real shot of winning promotion to the Premier League this season and having that extra option in attack could ultimately prove crucial.
He has clearly not been downbeat through the whole process either. Every update shared he has been in high spirits, appearing to be revelling in the hardwork he is putting in.
