Brentford bracing themselves for bids for prized asset

Several English and Spanish clubs are reportedly lining up a move for Brentford forward Jota, according to HITC Sport.
The Bees are said to be bracing themselves for bids for the player who had a stand-out season last season, as he helped the West London outfit to the Championship play-offs.
Jota was a revelation last season and netted 11 goals in 46 games putting in a series of eye-catching displays in the process.
The Spanish player has flair in abundance and his form since moving to England from Celta Vigo as alerted several clubs.
It is suggested that the likes of Leicester City, Bournemouth and Derby County all hold interest in the player, whilst a number of teams in his native country of Spain, are also monitoring the situation.
Brentford are determined to keep hold of one of their prized assets but admit that the player may have a desire to move to the top-flight should the chance arise.
Jota still has two years left on his contract at Griffin Park and it is likely to take a big bid to persuade the club to sell.
Brentford fans… Are you hopeful of keeping hold of your star man?
