After losing 2-1 at Griffin Park in the first leg, courtesy of a heartbreaking late winner from Fernando Amorebieta, the soon to depart boss knows exactly what is needed to overcome the stern test facing them.

He told the Brentford official site, ''The fact is that we have to go there, be positive, dominate the football and score goals. It’s a tough place to go, they are an excellent team, well organised; we know that – so are we.''

Despite the Bees' last visit to the Riverside that saw them easily defeated in a 4-0 win for Aitor Karanka's side, Warburton believed that game has helped them to keep their standards high ever since.

''It is a game we’ve used time and time again. On that day our standards dropped and we got punished. We’ve used it week-in, week-out that if you don’t maintain your levels, then you’ll get hurt in this division, but it’s served us well all this season, so we know what we have to do.''

After carefully analysing their outing with Boro last week, Warburton believes his side have all the attributes to exploit Boro's weaknesses which can guide them to a spot at Wembley in the Sky Bet Championship play-off final.

''They are a physically imposing team; they have height and physicality. We have technically gifted players who are comfortable in possession who want the ball all the time and you don’t always get six foot three players doing that; it’s about maximising what you’ve got.''

It looks like there will not be a seat in the house at the Riverside Stadium tomorrow night with the fixture sold out.

With 35,000 fans expected to walk through the turnstiles, Warburton admitted it will be a spectacular atmosphere but is fully focused on the task.

With 2,000 visiting supporters expected to make the trip to the Riverside tomorrow, Warburton applauded the efforts of the Bees faithful who called it ''a magnificent effort.''

In what could be Warburton's final game as Brenford boss tomorrow, the departing manager will be hoping he can have one more game after tomorrow to take his team to the Premier League via the Play Off final at Wembley.
