BREAKING: Leeds part company with Brian McDermott

Leeds United have confirmed the sacking of manager Brian McDermott on the club’s twitter page.

The 53-year old has been relieved of his managerial duties following a board meeting earlier tonight. The club is to release a club statement in the upcoming hours.
