Bradford manager Phil Parkinson says there is no point in rushing into any deadline deals because of the loan window that opens next week.
The transfer window closes at 11pm on Monday evening but Parkinson says there will be more opportunity for the Bantams to loan players in the coming weeks and months.
“There is a lot of hype around but this day is predominately for Premiership clubs,” said the 46-year-old, speaking to the club’s official website.
“The benefit for clubs at our level, however, is that the Premiership clubs will have named their squads and got in the players they are going to need by the time the loan window opens again in a week’s time.
“That means they should know by then what players within their squad are surplus to their requirements.”
