Sheffield Wednesday ran out 2-0 winners at Aston Villa after coming out on top in a game between two of the Championship's playoff chasing teams.

The Owls were good value for the win, and with Jordan Rhodes helping himself to another goal, it was a good day at the office for Carlos Carvalhal's men.

However, taking the shine off of Rhodes was teammate Adam Reach, whose wonder strike just 18 seconds into the game put Wednesday in command, and went on to be voted the goal of the day in a poll ran by Sky Sports.

Polls like this are always bound to draw some opinion from fans, and in this case a mix of Sheffield Wednesday and opposition fans, who were quick to either stick the boot in or praise Reach for what really was a superb hit on the half volley.
